The ORRC uses the iRIS electronic compliance platform (formerly known as iMedRIS) to manage the creation, review, and management of submissions that require the review and approval of the IACUC, IBC, IRB, as well as the COI and MTA Committees.

Request an iRIS Account

Individuals with an active howard.edu or bison.howard.edu email address who wish to access the iRIS platform to create, manage, or be added to a study must first complete and submit a User Access Request Form

Individuals who do not have an active howard.edu or bison.howard.edu email address may request an iRIS account and access the iRIS platform by using the alternate access link.

Accounts are fully configured within 2 business days from date that the request form was submitted.

Contact the ORRC with any questions or concerns related to iRIS accounts.
