Data Use Agreement (DUA)

Data Use Agreements govern the transfer and use of data, especially sensitive or proprietary data between parties. DUAs specify scope of data use, data security measures, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.

Material Transfer Agreement (MTA)

Material Transfer Agreements regulate the transfer of tangible research materials, including software, between organizations. MTAs define the rights and obligations of both the provider and recipient, including the use of materials and intellectual property rights.
